Change ROM from German to English

Dear,
I am really newbie for PDA, I just have MDA II but all in German, I know something that I could change to English by up ROM or similar. I search a lot of time but could not dound "How to change ROM" and where could I download english version of ROM.

Please show me the ways.

tried looking for the rom on tmobiles english site ?
if you find it then i guess you can just run their exe and
it updates
or maybe their site have a guide?
