removing synchronisation of contacts and connection

hi, just want to ask how to disable contacts and connection synchronization during start up? thanks

I am assuming that you have selected the permanent save feature, by unselecting the calender and contacts in permanent save application this would stop the synchronisation at startup following a reset.

start -> settings -> system -> permanent save and unselect the appropriate apps.
