Using T-Mobile wired "GPSKit I" whit MDA III or MD

Hello community,

i' am using an MDA I (T-Mobile) whit the wired GPS Navigate Mouse Kit. If i woud buy an MDA III oder the small MDA Compact, can I use this wired Mouse or must i buy the "BlueKit" ( ~ 170 € :cry: ) too.

See this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=21120) where someone modified a USB GPS unit to work with the XDA serial port -- note that the newer MDA III or MDA compact may have slightly different connector pinouts than the MDA I. If you visit the appropriate device-specific forums here, you should be able to figure out how to accommodate the new pinouts.
