Hello, this is my first post, :roll: and as you can see in the topic it's my first himalaya, i have bought a used himalaya (M1000) A.K.A. XdaII with a broken screen :o , i have bought one Digitizer & LCD screen so i can't wait until it arrives so that i can play with it :D .
I have found this site when i was looking for a way to open the Pda, so i registered and i have found one huge comunity that i am glad to be apart, hope i can help somebody later when i know a bit more about this awsome machine.
So i would like ask for help to all you guy's and gal's, what should i install when i have repaired the Pda? What O.S. (wm 2k5 or wm 2k3 se), what cool apps and i am thinking of buying an sd card for wireless (to do a bit of war driving, and surf the net at home) so i would also like to know what kind of sd card are compatible with the himalaya, i have read that the scandisk with 256 mg isn't compatible in the 2k3 se but is it compatible in the 2k5 :? ??
