qtek 2020 (ph10b) radio update problem pls help !!!

hi

i have a qtek 2020 (ph10b) with "no gsm" at startup and when i try to flash the radio i get "error 114 : radio rom update error".
in "RUULog.log" i get

21:40:03 Connection with Serial
21:40:41 Begin Stage 4
21:41:11 Radio Erase retry 1
21:41:41 Radio Erase retry 2
21:42:11 Radio Erase retry 3

check your radio rom is from yeor operator o2 cdl etc
you can do that with the rom editor
they must mach i think the system and the radio rom
you can edit it resave and reflash
