How to disable Second Call notification?

When we are talking, and the next call comes it gives the notification of the second call with a sound, which can be heard by other person also with who we are talking....

Is there any way to disable the sound notification so that other person wont be hearing it.... Its really annoying when we are in the middle of the converstaion and it gives... also we dont want to know others to know we are getting a call...

Does anybody know how to disable this?

Disable Call Waiting in the Services function of the Phone.

No...Not there Call waiting....

Just the notification sound we get in the middle of the call... Its ok we know we have second call, but why is it necessary for the other person too?... Some times I really dont understand things with HTC ideas....

It works perfect in Nokia, where only the caller can get the notification not the other end....
