possible to change deutch rom to english rom for a XDA IIi ?

I'm interested on a Deutch XDA IIi but it has the German Windows 2003Se on it. Is it possible to change to the English version (or italian !!) ?

Please if anyone know the answers include the links to the downloads or posts.

My devicedata.txt only contains 'PH10C'.

I´m looking for the same too....

Can anyone help me, how to change from german ROM to english ROM?
I´m a newbie here... and don´t know how to use it.
I´ve tried Getdevicedata.exe and there came an error message not valid win32 application.

How can I got txt files then?
