I just hard reset the device because there was abnormal operation in Contacts (it cannot search the destination letter when I tap the letter). After restoring the backup using active sync using w/ guest partnership, there's message inform that appointment, contacts, tasks and several files cannot be restore because is in use (locked). When checked to the device with Running Program app there was no program running except Active Synce. Anyone can help me to restore my important data???
NOTE:
-Regional Setting is already match with backup
-Some people suggest to use STGviewer but it cannot restore the database type file
-Before this happen, already three times do full-reset (based few reasons) since I bought it 2 years ago and always successful with the restore (last time successful was December'04).
-Only and always use backup/restore app from ActiveSync so no other source available to restore (xbackup, outlook sync, permanent save)
-There's no reply up to now from O2 Helpdesk
-O2 Repair Center in Indonesia cannot do anything
