How to upgrade from Eng rom to Chinese rom [Archive]

Please help!!!!!

I had already download the Orig_mini_CHT_103.nb1 and ntrw.exe, but still have no idea how to work both of them together in order to upgrade the rom.

What other files should I need? Or can anyone of you please send me the upgrade procedure, need help urgently!!!!

it show "Sections=1 Not allow update!"

try change header with 416 bytes instead of 220 bytes
