kse truefax

i bought my xdaIIi at hongkong and there is no kse truefax nor voice dialer software in the box like in UK. my rom is 1.11.00WWE, radio version 1.00.00, extrom is 1.11.923 WWE. in this rom, spb gprs monitor is already included. i need this kse-truefax, can anybody help me?

have tried the website but can not get the link. do you think if i upgrade my ROM to UK version, it already include this program? thanks for the help
