How to make Himalaya Splash Image

Cab Editor eg:WinCE Cab Manager http://www.ocpsoftware.com/
HimalayaSplashImage.cab

(no links for this files...Accidentally remove from ftp )
search the files from this site...download sample cab at http://buzzdev.net

19.)Copy the "cab" files to your device
