original ringers dissappeared?

Anyone else have a problem with their jam automatically deleting the original ringers that came with it? A week after I got it, all I had left was that God-forsaken Default Windows ringer. I hard resetted it and a week later, I found myself again using that damned Default Windows piano music ringer. Anyone know of a fix or where I can find the original ringers that come with the phone (if nothing else, I at least would like a ringer that sounds like an old phone)?

this could be caused by the pocket music if you have one installed. if you have assined pocket music to be assosiated with .wma format

Pocket Music - Options - Player Options - File Types .wma must be un-highlited.

this could also be caused by any other 3rd party player.

i only have betaplayer installed and my media file types are still assigned to WMP. Either way, the phone actually deletes the ringers; they're completely MIA from the phone.
