should be possible of cause you need something to connect to
so you need a wifi router or have access to a wifi hotspot somewhere

My MDA Compact works perfectly well with the SanDisk Wifi with 256Mb memory. I didn't experience any problems, except setting it up! But now I know what to do, its perfect.

ah ok, so wifi and wireless lan are the same but ? meaning as long as theres a wireless lan internet hotspot around, i can use it right ?

well if the hotspot let you
if it's a private wifi network then unly if they dident make it secure
and if it public hotspot they may want to charge you for using it

i got the card, and it was installed fine, also fins my wireless network, but i cant sue internet explorer, it always says i have no connection, and under modem settings i cannot choose wireless, only dial in or bluetooth/gprs settings :(

if you mean surf and not sue
then try choosing the connection
under advanced when you want to suft using wifi
you have to sellect that connection insted of the GPRS which is the std connection picked there

i tried that, but then in the modem settings there is no wifi option to choose, only gprs, bluetooth and a few others :(
