EAP-SIM support

Does anyone know if the MDA3 (or any variant) supports EAP-SIM?

EAP-SIM is authenticaiton protocol the reuses SIM for authenticaiton over Wi-Fi networks.

Does any one have a utility that can send AT commands to GSM/GPRS modem?

Does anyone know if this is coming in Android 2.3, already there but hidden, or simply not possible?

I saw here a claim that the Galaxy S supports EAP-SIM, so I wonder whether that is in the OS or if Samsung added support...

Did you get answer of the question whether EAP_SIM support in Galaxy S is in the Android platform or its Samsung added support...

Can anyone suggest how to start implementing this feature in Android Platform if its already not supported.
