Hello:
I have built a home made car chager, it charges fine - unless the battery is less than 70 something% full - in which case it discharges instead.
The voltage and avilable current are fine (5v, 1.5A) the pins connected on the connector are also fine (3 connections to +v and 3 to GND -don't have the pin details to hand) but still the problem persists.
I suspect there may be something amiss with the charger cct itself - perhaps interferance on the power line (not a smooth 5V)
Has anybody sucessfully (ie it charges all the time!!) built a car charger themselves and if so any chance I could have the CCt diagram used??
Alternatively anyone have any ideas about the problem I have??
Thanks.
