problem in Install eVB runtime

i've downloaded eVB runtime from microsoft website, but i don't know how to install it in my pda?
i've tried to copy the file to my pda, but my pda don't recognize the file.
it said :
"there is no application associated with "file name". run the application first,then open this file from within the application"

anyone knows how to install it in my pda?

what is the extention ?

if it's exe then it's likely that you need to install it from the pc

It is a "cab" file. It looks jut like winzip (if you are using it), but you must not extract it in you PC but in your PPC. Just put the whole file in PPC and click on it it will extract by itself in the windows folder. Thats it
