Noob looking for advice RE upgrading XDAII to WM2K3SE

Did try a search but seems to be lots of caveats! Is there a set of files/instructions that I can follow/use to upgrade my XDAII to WM2k3SE without causing any problems?

Will i need to reinstall tomtom etc after the upgrade?

You always need to reinstall TomTom after a complete reset

Protocol 1337.38
ExtRom Diamond 1.2se

It is very stable

You can check out the available versions on the ftp site.
You also need 2 DL er2003edit, this is a simple user friendly program that you use to set your operator ID.

I don't know about tomtom 5 i have tomtom 3 and it works fine.
