ActiveSync application is gone

I installed the ROM v1.40.533, but now my ActiveSync application is gone :?: ... It works when cradled but the program icon to manually start it is no longer on the BA. I tried reinstalling the update but nothing help.

I have the same problem since doing a corporate reset on mine. I even tried copying it over from another XDA but it appears to be a protected system file
