setting xdaii up from scratch

I am new to my xdaii I have managed to unlock it :D . But now I would like to know how to set it up so I can use IE.

Please help me and tell me in a easy manner.

depend on your phone operator

do a search for

operator name + gprs

most the oprators settings are in this forum
and guides as to how to set your device up step by step
