WTF has happened? why arent bugs fixed anymore?

Hi, im getting guite pissed here. I have several bugs with the new firmware 1.40 like. No sound when i call ppl or they call me. WiFi need restart to start all the time. Camera sets backlight to full. ANd some other things i cant rememner right now.

Has anybody got a fix for thease issues? Plz if you have help me get my phone up to the standard it should be :D

...today screen and speed issues, etc... I have just downgraded to the 1.31 O2 ROM, now everything works fine...

i upgraded to 1.40 and everything is working without any problems.
i put the imate 1.40 rom on, is that what you put on?
