Yes, but it is not there yet. The text sais that as soon as T-Mobile sends the devices to the seller, he will then send them to the buyer within 24 hours. And he has no idea when T-Mobile will release them, so that can be a long wait. And by that time getting it of T-Mobile will probably be a lot cheaper. This is just some sort of pre-order thing with a very high price. ALthough the seller will be kind of sure that the device without a contract will cost him less than he asks for it. Otherwise he will make no profit. So maybe he knows what they will cost? Common sense sais that is will be less than the amount he asks fr it right now...

But with the hint to reserve a device. They have not been delivered until now. So if you buy one, you don't have any guarantee, when the device will arrive......

As we have seen, with every generation of XDA that HTC puts out it gets increasingly difficult to break the country code errors to allow a different ROM to be flashed....just things to keep in mind when considering buying one off Ebay, right?!

you only get three months to give a feedback on the seller so by the time you are expecting the device there is little or nothing you can do.
