New dutch Retail ROM 1.40.556 radio 1.13

Hey dudes,

I've got an email from www.qtek.nl saying theres a ROM upgrade. I downloaded the file and it seems that this one's got ExtROM version 1.40.556 and Radio version 1.13.

I'm upgrading my device right now. I hope it repairs the no sound problem and the GPRS problems. :P

I'd like to put the installation files on the ftp. But when I try to upload it says permission denied. How does that work? Do I need another login? :?:

I've installed the ROM and all seems to be fine. I'll do some more testing.

bvdorsten, can you post the contents of the config.txt as well as upload the entire Extended Rom to the FTP?

Just checked out the extended rom myself, and there is NOTHING here worth interest. Only the radio upgrade is worth noting from this update.

I'm trying to use the method below to try and update the radio rom with my device info: Getting incorrect password....

Any ideas?

mattwaddy, you need to download MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe, that will get past the password error

Raido 1.30 work find but I can't find where to disconeeted GPRS it's difference with 1.40.00_1.40.553.112.00 rom ,will try a few days.

Great! Flashed it and works fine. I like that it's nice and clean, not so much extra stuff except for YETI.
I've got the BA for 2 weeks now and already i've had 4 differend ROMs on it. :D

Does the VPN work over gprs? Since release 1.40, this has stopped working.

I have found it in wiki rom 140 upgrade under Qtek 9090 and had also succeeded in upgrading myxda2s radio rom to 1.13.
keep my fingers cross that I would not have any more driver out of memory when I use wifi or unable to use bluetooth occasionally

But the update said: "ERROR 123: RADIO IMAGE FILE CHECKSUM ERROR"

The rom image file to be used for updating is coorupt, please download an other update and try again.
