Help!!!! the keyboard ignores me

Hello to all. I am new in this forum and my English is a bit bad ... but I wait that tou understand my...
My problem is that: when I press a key of the digital keyboard, another different letter appears.
I have made Hard reset and have regulated the screen often... :( :(
Can someone help me please?? :D :D :D :D

If you have calibrated the screen then it looks like the digitizer may be faulty.
