Extended ROM XDA 2i

I have O2 XDA 2 and 2i now. The tool extended ROM unlocker helped very good with the 2, fantastic, thank you. It even worked with the XDA 3, but only for unhiding, not unlocking. But one could interrupt hardboot and then start programs from Extended Rom copy individually. I used this tool with 2i and it seems, as if it locked my storage. Extended is visible after error message of old unlock tool and hard reset. Can anybody help to unlock the storage and Extended ROM again to avoid branding and manipulate loaded programs from extended ROM because then it runs much more stable?? Is there also a tool to save the old ROM of 2i if I want to load english ROM?? You helped such a lot with the old tool for 2, would be nice to have the same for 2i.

my storage was locked after the run unlocker for xdaII.
u can use my modified extools.exe for unlocking you XDAIIi Storage :)

i tested only the function unlock extrom with the unlocked storage effect .

Is this for the Xda IIi Extended ROM or Storage Bro?

And what does it confirmed to do?

the 'original' XdaII extrom.exe lockd the storage partition on XdaIIi, this problem i also had.
this one can unlock the storage again, but can't unlock or unhide the extrom.
copy the exe on the pda start it, choos 'UnLock Extended Rom' and then softreset...

to unhide Extended Rom (XdaIIi) follow the steps:
1) hardreset
2) after the touchscreen-calibrate do softreset
(after softreset is Extended Rom unhide, but lockd!)

I have tried your software Bro.

What it does is unhide/hide and unlock/lock the Xda IIi Storage.

My guess is you probably mapped to Storage instead of the Extended ROM.

because i found a lot of useless CAB file inside it,
and i wan to move in some CAB and moditfy my config.txt and autoconfig.... !
andthen delete some useless file ????

I don't see any Extended ROM Unlocker for Mini available. But, you still can modify your Extended ROM by using the method that DrChair posted here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=22098&highlight=). You have to find out where is your Extended ROM Folder reside in the bckup ROM. Since it is FAT16, it's not that diffical ti find out.
