After much tinkering, I GOT IT.
Disable the CLOSE option of SPB Pocket Plus if you have it because I noticed when I received MMS and the messaging is CLOSED it becomes unstable, hangs and needs to be Soft-Reset but when you leave Messaging OPEN and you receive an MMS it accepts it like a charm :lol: .
