I like Kilmst. Imports and exports perfectly. Very useful for hacking.

I use RegEdit.NET by Jobro Software (http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?siteId=1&jid=DE549827CBEEDE8CA7CA27758F82FBFD&platformId=2&N=96806&productId=160555&R=160555). It is $5.00 from Handango.

I also have Total Commander CE v2.0 (http://www.ghisler.com./whatsnew.htm) on my device to use instead of File Explorer, but it also does registry editing. It is free.
