Radio rom + Jabra BT800 + Nokia bluetooth car kit

I have a bogo UK T-mobile Compact.

ROM 1.01.00 WWE
Radio 1.00.10
ExtROM 1.01.128 WWE

I have had no urge to upgrade the ROM, however if it improves the handsfree performance...

Nokia bluetooth car kit: Un-useable due to echo at 'the other end'
Jabra BT800: Similiar echo, not as bad, & no caller id etc.

Both the above work fine with my works Nokia 6230!

So does a ROM or Radio ROM upgrade improve the situation ?

Nokia Carkit, sorry, but it will never work...

Jabra BT800, i have that and it works fine, no echo and caller id works..

Many members here have claimed of improved sound quality of BT headsets after upgrading their ROM.

You can also upgrade the BT800's firmware and Caller ID should work.
