I assume you mean stereo headset.

I started looking for one of these around 4 months ago - there were a handful of solutions that came with a bluetooth dongle to plug into the player (going for the ipod market and pretty expensive $200+) but nothing that could would work directly with a bluetooth-enabled device.

Around that time HP launched the first - actually an OEM'd Logitech product (which is not sold direct) - but exclusively for iPAQ. (I think Toshiba now badge the same one). Mixed reviews.

Several others have since emerged (some with mics so can work as a headset too): the Bluewalker MP02 and the AnyCom BSH-100. The Sonorix OBH-100 has a dongle but can be used without (it also has it's own 128MB flash player - so you pay over the odds for functions you don't need).

NB Now here's the thing - to get stereo audio into these things your device needs to support a new bluetooth profile known as A2DP. I'm pretty certain that the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack (as used by my HTC Magician) doesn't support this - and I have seen no promises that it will ever. The Broadcom stack apparently does.

Would be very keen for anyone who can suggest how to get this working on my PPC

you can use this
http://www.expansys.dk/product.asp?code=PPCPADPT01
and use any headset with 3.5mm connector

i use this one
http://www.expansys.dk/product.asp?code=114076
it works perfectly but does require the dongle
because the ms bluetooth stack dont support A2DP which the headset use
but it works just fine with the headset profile

I searched jack stereo HF, better with microfon.
From BT HF I like Nokia HS-12W (http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,,73459,00.html)
On some forums people writed that connected stereo BT. But for it need to change register. I some time downloded cab file fore this. But not tested it.

expansys is not a danish online store the link i gave was just to the danish part of it
they have sites in many places

you could try going to a normal radio hifi kinda store and bring your xda
and try out their 2.5mm to 3.5mm converters and se if they work

i cant see any russian expansys department but they are also present in polan and letvia and Ceské Republiky

IMO w2005 don't help with this. Because on Himalaya BT 1.1.
But on russian forums guys try to solve it. They think that problem on regkey.
PS I'm just a user. May I'm wrong.
