Xbackup prob!

hi all,

i cant do xback up at all.. everytime i do xbackup it shows error "unknown backup information error"

i always backup via my storage card.... as sometimes the phone do hard reset on its own.... and im not able to do any xbackup... i lost alot of important information...

can anyone pls help...
