Ipaq 6340 upgrade to 2003se

Anyone know it is possible to upgrade an ipaq 6340 to windows mobile 2003se (original so was windows 2003).
Can I use a ROM of another device?

no htc devices can use a rom made for even another htc device

not sure about hp but i doubt it since they seem only offer rom updates for some devices

and i'm pretty sure that hp change money for updates

cingular is suppose to release the h6200 series which is the 6315 just with 2003se . So if you can obtain that rom then in your good shape.
