View Full Version : Having a few Problems with MDA Compact Update

im trying to update to the tmobile-uk_wwe_ROM_1.12.00
but when i try and copy it to SD Card all i get is Parameter is Wrong

i downloaded the update from here

and i have even tried editing it by copying the orignal 416 bytes

Please Help

P.S if i install the Bigstorage WWE_1.12.00
will that update it to
tmobile-uk_wwe_ROM_1.12.00

ok, i have now got past that part, but i can not install the new Update, cause the files are different
on the new update the 416 bit that you copy over is no where near the same as on the Original.nb1 file

so it will not flash, just sits there saying Serial or USB in Bootloader

I noticed this also, and gave up on this rom. I think we need a clean dump as like you say the first 416 bytes don't look like thr real article.

Hello there,

I'm having the same problem?

rom 1.01.00 wwe
radio 1.00.10

I'm allready trying to update for about 3 month's still no luck.

Would you be so kind to set me up if you know something.

Hello,

Try to flash you magician with the rom for the SPVM500 it worked for me.
If you don't want to have the setting from Orange, just reboot after it says "tap the sreen to compleet".

Use MAupdate_Noid.exe itīs in the upload directory.

If I run this app it saya the needed dll is missing, RUU.DLL

Did you extract all the file from the execute file, you will have about eight files. Copie the MAupdate_Noid.exe in the same folder and run it. If this wount work, run it from bootloader mode, hold the camera button and the power button and reset the divice at the same time. Your screen will shows Serial or connected to USB, USB. Run the file again.

Is SPVM500 Rom Version 1.01?(t-mobile)
If so would you provide it for me by adding to website ftp.xda-developers.com or give me a link to download it?
