HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Pictures\Camera\OEM\Video Profile\4\AudioEncoderProperty
and
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Pictures\Camera\OEM\Video Profile\4\VideoEncoderProperty
to
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Pictures\Camera\OEM\Video Profile\3
Worked for me to be able to take clearer videos under the 180x240 setting

What about the other settings can you confirm that they work flawlessly as well ? Or we just have to stick with the 180x240?

Hi ram,
Havent confirmed it yet for the other settings but i cant seem to increase the resolution beyond 180x240...
I forgot to mention also that when taking vids using the above tweak, the vid is jerky at first then plays smoothly after around 5 secs...
So I played around and it seems that the the key below needed to be changed:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Pictures\Camera\OEM\Video Profile\3\VideoBufferingDepth
I just added another zero (0) to the key making the value:
200000000
instead of:
20000000
