How to run MIDlet applicaitons and use MMS on WM2005?

I just flashed WM2005 1.60b, I also merged my ExtROM. Maybe some applications in previous ExtROM support MIDlet and MMS? But I didn't backup my ExtROM :(

So, I wonder

1. how to run MIDlet applications?
2. how to send/receive MMS?

Install IBM MIDP to run MIDlets, but Chinese support is NOK. Working on that now.
