HI all,
i was wondering if Compact Flash card is supported with XDA2i, i found a site which says foldable GPS receiver for XDA2i for $109.95. But i want to confirm before i buy it. Please let me know

None of XDA/XDA2/XDA2s/XDA2i/Compact devices have CompactFlash slot. You may connect CF device ONLY via optional RS232 cable (if this is supported by CF GPS receiver).
So information on the site is wrong.

You may choose any of BlueTooth or SD or even RS 232 only GPS receiver, but I suggest you to think on BlueTooth one.
- BT device occupies no SD slot which you will use for memory card to store maps
- it may be placed anywhere in the range of 10m from PDA
- some of the modern BT GPS may work up to 20 hours with built in battery.

And RS-232 GPS is a good solution for car as you may create one cable for connectiong PDA to GPS & power adapter (and even car handsfree)
