Quote"The 'Universal' will be marketed by O2 under the title of the Xda Exec and has been specially customised for use on the O2 network with a new incarnation of O2 Active, new graphics, blue LEDs and an O2 branded casing"

so exactly the same customisation they did on the other models then. They can do what they like with active as long as they leave corporate mode option!

I've just phoned O2 and they say the O2 Exec will be available in the first week of October for £130 - £250 depending on contract. Not available on PAYG. Damn - another month to wait, but enough time to monitor user's experiences.

Very nice indeed.
Time to invest in a good BT headset with caller ID like the Jabra BT800 or the Sonyericsson HBH-660.

...And as we all get wooed and wowed by O2's attractive rendition and apparent ,relatively low, upgrade price of this device, we will all convienently forget that after we purchace it, we will wait an eternity for a ROM update to fix the bugs that we all know will be there :-)
Does anyone know if you can copy/Cut/paste from the keyboard, there doesn't seem to be a Ctrl Button.
