I got problem in the I-Mate JAM phone that when I make a call, other party can not hear me although I can her hem and can not record an external voice .. for this problem I did the following without any improvement:-
1- I make a soft rest
2- I make a hard rest
3- I re upgrade to the newer version.
4- I tried my SIM card in other phone it works okay.
5- I tried other SIM in my phone .. the same problem.
Note: the device working fine except this problem, I wonder if any body can help me.
The device is new ..one week only and it was working perfectly.
I would not to take it to the service right now I need solutions……thanks

Sounds alot like the microfone is broken!
I think you need to take it back to the store....for a checkup!

If your Jam does playback all sounds well, I would suggest too that the microphone ist broken.

Does anybody knows why is it that when I press the camera button, the pictures turns green and grainy? I must have pressed something because it wasn't like these before?

That´s due to a faulty flat cable which connects to the LCD.
Sometimes it´s just the flat cable´s clip socket broken.
