Problem with people recieving SMS twice

I have recently reverted my XDA II back to the latest official ROM from O2 after being on WM2005. But now whenever I send a text message it seems to take ages and the recipient recieves it twice. Now it doesn't ALWAYS seem to do this but most times it does. Has anyone else encountered this or know of a solution?

Always make sure your message has been sent before you close Inbox, otherwise the message will be sent twice. This is something which has existed since WM2002 and still happens in WM5 despite all the other fixes and upgrades.

this is NOT a bug in mw this is a bug when people use pocketplus or other programs which really close programs when you click the X
outlook dont take kindly to that at all!

Yeah you were right, it was Pocket Plus. I turned off the X button feature and everything's working fine again now. Thanks for that!
