Colour problem with theme (selected item colour)

Hello !
I have some problems with colors of my themes with my 2020i.
My active window item (I think it's so called) is always blue.
I choose, for example red, when making my theme the copy and apply it in the PPC but always blue color, also after soft reset.
I add a screenshot to make most simple for you understand me(I don't speak a good english :oops: )

On my Pocket I've used CETuner to change the color but after restarting the device, the colour doesn't change.
(I also used Wisbar)

after you change the color of the theme (.tsk) on your computer......reupload it to your ppc...switch to another theme and switch back to the one u trying to use...

I've just tried but nothing to do....
I use McDeb software but I think I make a mistake choosing the wrong PPC types (VGA;SE;QVGA)
Can be this the error ?
