I've found firmware PDA2_WWE_11100_144_10300_ship.exe
Is this firmware I-mate compatible with Qtek 2020i?

Yes,
But you need MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe то make an upgrade.
I use this firmware with my 2020i with no problems.
