Help help help! Keeps on hard resetting

I've been using the new ROM for months now with loads of application. I've only had 2 inexplicable hard resets until yesterday.

Yesterday, my xda2 hard resetted itself and keeps on doing that every several hours for no apparent reason. I have no programs in it except for the ones that the ROM installs.

Please help!

Sorry I forgot to mention that new ROM is WM2003SE Extended ROM - Asian Edition Version 2. I thought I posted this as a reply to that thread.

I Had that exact same problem with my XDA2, I complained to O2 and they replaced it with an XDA2i for free.

Doesn't help you much I know, but at least you know is a problem with others and not just yours.

i think the problem with u is that ur extended ROM may not be compatible with ur ROM image version,so try the following:

1-upgrade ur ROM image(nk.nbf),and keep ur extended ROM,then test it,if the problem persists,go to step 2.

2-replace ur current extended ROM with an original or an empty one(u'll miss the camera,but it's not a problem since u can install it as a software),then test it,if the problem still exists go to step 3.

3-download an .exe file(eg:original O2 1.72.00 WWE),containing the 3 upgrade files(nk.nbf,ms_.nbf,radio_.nbf),and flash ur device....in this case(all original),the 3 upgrade files are surely compatible,so i guess u won't have compatibility problem,test ur device,then if the problem persists u can assume it's a hardware issue,so go to step 4.

4-contact ur service center :wink:
