O2 Xda mini from German to English version changing?

I will buy xda mini but it is made in Germany so menu language and oher are German language.

I want to change English version.

How can I do ?

Where can I download ? any source

I found in old threads below link

I choosed and downloaded WWE_1.12.00.zip

is that true program to change English from German ?

after this How can I change old ROM to new?

I did not tried

because I have no XDA mini until now

but I found here cheap but GERMAN version.Maybe it is for you boyapats

but I can not use it German Language

so I downloaded link and waiting replies from you is that true-correct software to change mini from German to English .

so it is all but no reply no help until now.
