New Gmail pop setting?

MAy i know have any new setting for gmail pop mail setting? Last time I set outgoing mail: pop.gmail.com
incoiming mail: smtp.gmail.com
It can process receive and send but now only can received but can't send? Why?

still using the same pop and smtp settings, and still working just fine through both WIFI and GPRS.

I use same setting but can't send and come out message:

The message cound not be sent. Check that you have network coverage and that your account information is correct. Then try sending again.

Any ideal to slove it???
