I can´t find BaUpgradeUt.exe in FTP to upgrade Radio Version of my TSM500 to v. 1.14

Do you know where can can i fid it?

Don't you mean HimaUpgradeUT.exe? From what I gather the TSM500 is a Himalaya device, not a Blue Angel. If you need HimaUpgrade, here it is. If you do mean BAUpgrade, then it is on the ftp under BlueAngel, Upgrade files or something like that.
