Help needed with xdaIIi upgrades .. tools etc.

Ok After alot of reading/searching and problems I have come to post.

I downloaded Modified XDA_IIi_Upgrade_v1.11.162 Radio_1.3 from the ftp site and tried to install it, the install works finally but when the device boots it has an issue with the file rofs_target.zip and bombs out.

I cannot find a NoID version for AlUpgradeUt.exe either so I cannot restore my device back to how it was.

OSImageTool backed up my image ok but will not restore it.

ARGH!!! HELP Please, All I want is a stable OS with good wifi etc.

The version of I HAD on my device were

ROM Version: 1.1.00 WWE
ROM Date: 1/27/05
Radio: 1.00.00
Protocol: 1337.39
ExtROM: 1.11.923 WWE

1. Download the ORIGINAL update from O2, and extract to, e.g. C:\O2Org;
2. Put your device into bootloader mode;
3. Run the update by clicking "ROMUpgradeUt.exe" in C:\O2ORg;
4. Soft-reset your XDA.

If you got the ID error,
1. Put your device into bootloader mode;
2. copy the MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe that comes with the Modified XDA_IIi_Upgrade_v1.11.162 Radio_1.3 into the C:\O2ORg;
3. Run the update by clicking "MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe" in C:\O2Org;
4. If still got the ID error, don't touch your device, just run "MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe" in C:\O2Org again.
5. Soft-reset your XDA.

I cannot download the update as I have an australian unit with a correspinding IMEI ... someone was kind enought to send me the Original 162 upgrade ..

How do I get the xdaIIi into bootloader mode? Pressing the power,Camera and reset simultaneously does not appear to work.

Press Power Button + Action Button + SoftReset Hole can make the device go into BootLoader mode
