Is there any way to set up Profiles for BA?

Does anyone know if there is any program with which you could set up "Profiles" in the BA, much like there are in Nokia phones? Or does one have to use the volume slider each time one has to put the phone is silent mode? Many thanks in advance for any help in the matter.... :)

You can also use PPCProfiles Pro, which adds profiles to your PPC Phone Edition device, but is FREEWARE.
