MDA II with Car Handsfree kit - problem

I tried to connect my MDA II with Car Kit by cable, I tried to connect by BT
- it's not working !!!
How has some ideas ?
Maybe I need to add some software ?

I haven't used my MDA II with a car kit yet but I'll try to help if I can. Which car are you trying to use the kit with?

Car is Chrysler Voyager, carkit is EL-540HTC3.
I have WM2003SE, 2.06.00WWE, Radio 1.18, Ext Rom 1.2
