Please Help - XDA11i DEAD !

As per title.

It's been working fine for 2 months then today after I switched it on it is just dead.


Tried reset, hard reset, taken battery out , sim card out put everything back - nothing!

Please write with any ideas.

How long did you leave the battery out for? Should be around 30 mins for it to drain the backup battery and then once you reconnect the main, it should hard reset itself.

I tried again after 10 mins and it did as you said - -reset itself .

All settings were as normal which was good news .
