i got this patch to improve bluetooth any idea?

i got this patch from arabic site .
according to this site the patch will improve bluetooth and will prevent the unidirectional problem of the voice in pda2k
any idea about this patch.

Hmm... Most of the component files except for the setup files are dated back to Oct '04, doubt it will be useful at all...
