Hi-
This program name is WisBar Advance Desktop you can find it from www.lakeridgesoftware.com when you install it you can see setup like enable/disable bottom bar, if you disable bottom bar you get more space on the screen and you can organize your today plug-ins.
Lakeridgesoftware has very useful forum for Advance Desktop therefore you can get more info from them

Rothstein - by pocketmax you mean PhoneAlarm?
In this picture it looks like the user is using Wisbar Desktop advance, which allows you to place Today screen plugins anywhere on the screen.
Other software that will let you do this is eXPerience and PPX.
If you're not using 3rd party software, going to your today screen settings will allow you to change the order of the plugins, so "move down" phonealarm until it's the last active plugin and it will be at the bottom of the screen.
To get a screen similar to this, try my TodayToggle (http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=27331) software to hide the bar at the bottom of the screen, and position phonealarm at the bottom.
I've also written a piece of software that will keep it in the same position, ie fill the gaps between today plugin items, but it's not released yet so for now use ScaryBear's today spacer plugin to keep it aligned at the bottom of the screen.
Hope that helps!

Dear Friends,
I've downloaded WisBar Advance Desktop, but i am seriously facing problems with the setup of this software (This is the first time i face such problems).
I feel Lost with this software, i cant set it up, i dont know from where to start?
Should i have Wisbar Advance 2 as well, to let the Wisbar advance desktop Work preperly?
Is their any Written guide for these softwares? so as to be read carfully and followed?
Thanks for yous support.

Hello Rothstein,
I made the screen. Vijay555 is right - I used WAD and put in PhoneAlarm as TodayPlugin. You can set the vertical position, so I just pushed it to the bottom of screen and "pinned" it to have it available on all vitual desktops.

Hi!
I try to give you some advice on WAD:
1. There is no manual - it is just experimental SW in beta stage
2. Yes, you definitively need WA2 for operating WAD
3. Go to Lakeridge Homepage for further advice - they have a discussion forum for WAD: http://www.lakeridgesoftware.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=12&sid=ec8b5d222af079848918fa369be31d03
4. WAD installs itself as plugin into WA2 (if WA2 is installed before). After that you find all options for configuration when tapping and hold anywhere on the virtual desktop.
I hope this helps!
Cheers
