i have just recived a brand new xda2s because my xda2i and xda2 both gave to much trouble, so i was shocked to find the 2s was the pits i had to soft set 4-5 times a day i need help to decide what device to keep as the store has given me the option please advise.
upset with lack of support from o2.

Go for the XDA 2 if your bothered about windows mobile 2005.
If youd rather have more storage and/or WiFi then go for the XDA 2i (But choose your SD card wisely)
